A new leaf...

Brad and I started talking at dinner last night about continuing to try and get our lives in order (as much as possible) before the new baby is born in January - as part of that, we started talking about adding more structure to our schedules (something we both struggle with as self-employed peeps) - Brad has been wanting to get back into the habit of going to the Y - I need structure in general! :) He decided that he would bite the bullet and start getting up at 5 in the mornings, have his bag packed and head to the Y immediately. I told him I'd make a deal with him, and when he got up at 5, so would I and I would use that extra time in the morning (with W still asleep) to continue to tackle the paperwork monster in my office. Can't believe that we even ventured out to start such a plan on a Friday - usually a bit lighter day for us - but we did. When the alarm went off at 5 this morning, neither of us were jumping for joy, and I'll admit, we both took our time getting up - Brad probably 5:15, me 5:30, but we still both got after it. And now - he's had a great workout and I've gotten tons of papers OFF MY DESK!!! Woo hoo - very exciting! So I issue the challenge - are there any new leaves you need to turn over as we head into fall???
